Program Design & Curriculum Development

I work collaboratively with teams to design and build education and training programs, including:

• Defining goals, learning outcomes, and target audiences

• Creating clear session outlines, activities, and facilitator materials

• Developing trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally aware curriculum

• Designing online modules and/or in-person workshops

By taking care of the planning and curriculum structure, I help teams focus on delivering impactful, meaningful programs in their communities.

Online Course & Platform Support

I also support teams to launch and manage online learning using learning platforms such as Ruzuku, including:

• Uploading and organizing course content

• Setting up modules, lessons, and learner engagement tools

• Training staff to run, manage, and sustain the platform independently

Workshops

Intimate partner violence workshops can be tailored to audience. Workshops through neighbours friends and families program are free to the public and I'd be happy to help set one up.

IPV Workshops

Our Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) Workshops are interactive and empowering learning experiences designed to build awareness, confidence, and practical skills for addressing IPV. Available both in-person and online, these 1 hour sessions equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to identify signs of abuse, respond safely and compassionately, and connect individuals with appropriate support and referral resources.

Each workshop explores key topics such as:

• Recognizing the signs of emotional, physical, financial, and sexual abuse.

• Understanding the dynamics of power and control in relationships.

• Understanding why women stay in abusive relationships

• Responding effectively to disclosures of violence with empathy including coercive control and safety.

• Referring individuals to community services, shelters, and professional supports.

• Build confidence when navigating complex situations
